As part of its "Grandes Ecoles" (post-graduate) curriculum, ESCP Business Schools propose a four-day innovation seminar to its 130+ students of the yearly cohort as part of the graduation. This seminar consists of lectures, innovation exercises, roundtables, and entrepreneurial workshops based on the Art Thinking creative methodologies. At the end of the seminar, exams and presentations of teams' creative prototypes/representation are requested.
First, I got through a "Train the trainer" course. Afterward, I developed or learned different materials about the methodology and the seminar implementation (Syllabus, LinkedIn Article, workshop templates, ...). Management of the seminar "as a business project" with the teaching team (Teachers, Artist, consulting expert, business speakers) Adapted the organization, communication, and seminar execution as a fully remote event (15 teachers, 134 students, broken down into 27 teams; 4 groups of teams for workshops on creative exercises and feedback sessions) Built an all-in-one Database Management System with Airtable to manage data collection forms, participants data, schedule programming, teams, and supervision breakdown based on the required educational rules Committed to the seminar as a Workshop Facilitator to guides and promote feedback for 7 teams (35 persons)
