Designed a detailed and comprehensive turnaround plan. Discontinuing of activities (Fresh food), transport outsourcing, G&A optimization, market segment extension, refocus of Category and product management on premium options, reorganization of sales, Created and executed the roadmap supporting the CEO, CFO, and Supply Chain.
Turnaround executed in 6 months with no sales loss despite the decrease of 30% in the Product Assortment on low-profitability items (overall sales maintained at €50 million per year), A gain of approx. €3.0 million in sales from specialized vendors, Preparation of the discontinuing of the low profitability fresh food subsidiary, Transport outsourced and new sales organization. 4 percentage pts in net profitability gained in 6 months.
