In the wake of France Télécom privatization (to become Orange brand) and new market regulations, the Group ad the regulatory obligations to develop and implement an Activity-Based and tailored cost accounting for actual and budget expenditures, for all services provided in France, declined for the individual customers, Professional, and Business segments.
Developed the Activity-based forecast costing methodology, Matched the methods with the cost accounting and general accounting guidelines, Created the forecasting procedure, and provided first training sessions.
Creation of the first forecasted cost procedure at the Group Level (France, three segments), Activity-based forecasted P&L statements, Compliance with the Group budgeting yearly procedure.
