As a central « Shared Services Center » for all procurement (excl. ammunitions and armed equipment), the “Commissariat de la Marine Française” handles around 100 activities supporting procurements, to be valued in order to assess the cost effectiveness among naval bases and in comparison with available externals alternatives.
Created a ABC/ABM costing model to price the services, Matched the Public Sector accounting with the costing approach for accuracy purposes, Trained and supported the Finance Teams and Budget-Owner Officers to provide the cost information, accounting reconciliation, and other data referential.
