Context

The requirements to comply with the MIFID2 regulation aimed to improve security and transparency over treasury and investment market products urged the bank to add risk management, user management, and information capabilities to the web portal value proposition for Corporate Clients (80,000 in France, 16;000 subscribing the service).

Approach

Designed new module functionalities to assess existing investment portfolio risk, provide risk simulation capabilities, and comparative profile “before/after,” Benchmarked and aligned work with Private Banking and Asset Management solutions, Acted as a Product Owner (User Story Mapping, UX/UI, testing, RGPD certification).

Outcomes

Creation of a risk simulator and MIFID2 reporting and workflow for RTO operations, Facilitation of the sales activities over the French distribution to go fully digital, Alignment of service evolutions with user rights management and the bank access authorization project (eBAM).
