Context

The bank has gone through a large-scale digital transformation program in a context of low growth and harmonization of digital services. As part of this program, the bank enriched the B2B cash management services to endow clients with a web app suite designed to monitor post-trading activities and reporting.

Approach

Analyzed the post-trading value proposition, all related Use cases, and define persona, Develop a first sales plan to propose the web app suite to existing and prospective clients, Investigated compliance requirements in respect of MIFID2 and legal issues, Designed a roadmap to integrate the service proposition through API.

Outcomes

Digital use cases mapping and understanding of customer persona, Functional scenarios and requirements to match the service offer across existing sales processes and client base between the Retail and Investment bank, The first blueprint of a roadmap API-based “portal to portal” integration.
